Knocked Sideways

Constructed this entire thing from bed while sick with what I've decided to call "crossword flu," a condition I just made up that is definitely not just regular flu. On the bright side, being horizontal and useless for four days apparently does wonders for my grid-filling instincts. Thanks to my roommate for bringing me soup and also for test solving this despite catching whatever I had.
